Amie
Director/Occupational Therapist
Amie graduated from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Occupational Therapy. She has experience in working with children aged between 2 years – 18 years of age in their home, day care, kinder, school and/or community environment. Amie has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, and Down Syndrome. Amie’s passion is to ensure that individual’s are supported to reach their full potential. She believes in providing individualised care to ensure that each child is able to engage in and do what they have passion for. Each child should be provided with an opportunity to reach their highest potential in any task they want to engage in every day.

Shannon
Occupational Therapist
Shannon is a dedicated and passionate individual who has graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She has experience with working at a high school dedicated to students with autism. Shannon has helped in facilitating and leading therapy sessions designed to help students achieve their individualised goals. These sessions cover a broad spectrum of objectives, ranging from improving gross motor skills to enhancing fine motor abilities. Shannon also delves into emotional regulation skills, a fundamental skill for individuals on the autism spectrum, and self-care routines, essential for fostering independence and daily life skills. This hands-on experience not only enriches Shannon’s understanding of Occupational Therapy but also equips her with the practical skills and insights needed to provide meaningful support to children.

Vivian
Occupational Therapist
Vivian graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Occupational Therapy. She has experience working in community-based settings including schools, kindergartens, day care, and family homes delivering Occupational Therapy for children aged 2–12 years. She has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, specific learning disorders such as Dysgraphia and children that are gifted. Her approach focuses on building each child’s strengths and supporting their development in areas such as handwriting, play, self-care, social skills, and emotional regulation. Vivian values making therapy engaging, goal-focused, and tailored to each child’s unique needs, ensuring they feel supported and confident to participate in the activities that matter most to them.
