Occupational Therapy


Occupational Therapists work with individuals, their families, care team and/or support network to ensure that the individual is meeting their desired outcomes in life. Occupational Therapists focuses on promoting health and wellbeing by supporting the individual to engage in meaningful and productive occupations in their life such as completing self-care activities including dressing, showering etc; engaging in productive activities including education, work; and engaging in leisure/social activities including making and maintaining friendships, engaging in a hobby etc.
Mobile Therapy
Co-Occupational Therapy provides mobile therapy in your child’s home, school or community environment. We cater sessions to each individual and their support networks to ensure that the strategies are realistic and achievable.

Daily Living Skills
We can help your child work on their day to day activities, these may include engaging in self-care tasks such as dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming, feeding and sleep routine, engaging in home based and community based tasks including money management, doing the laundry and following a routine etc.

Fine and Gross Motor Skills
We can help your child improve on their fine motor skills including handwriting skills, pincer grips, doing up zip and buttons as well as improving on their gross motor skills including learning how to ride a bike, improving their balance and coordination.

Social and Community Participation
We can help your child with engaging with others, playing with others, attending to tasks for longer durations, managing their emotions and their behaviours, finding calming strategies, accessing the community and understanding road safety.
